991215 I got out of the Marine Corps after 11 years on active duty.

After the 3rd interview with Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. I was offered
a job as a network administrator.
I accepted the position.
991225 Angela, Stephanie and I go to Somerset, Pa. and spend Christmas with their family. Great fun for all.

I start full time employment. I'm working at the Philadelphia Navy Yard
assigned to the Naval Surface
Warfare Center. The section I'm in tests and installs a program called
the Integrated
Condition Assessment System (ICAS) for the Navy. ICAS™ is a data acquisition,
analysis, and storage
system for monitoring machinery and systems. It is designed to collect
data from
various sources, process the data, and make it available in forms useful
to operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors. ICAS™ writes to
commercially-available databases including dBase and MSSQL.
